2024-2025 Construction Solicitation Timeline
- February 12- March 25 (2024): submission of Competitive Construction Grant Part 1, Education Grant, and Planning Assistance.
- April – May (2024): SRAC review and recommendation for Education Grants. Construction Technical Services update.
- May 6 – July 31 (2024): submission of Competitive Construction Grant Part 2.
- November – December (2024): SRAC review and recommendation for Competitive Construction Grants.
- January (2025): Oregon Transportation Commission review and approval of Competitive Construction Grants
Application Process:
Upcoming Competitive Construction Grant: Dates for the next solicitation have not been determined. The application process will be similar to that of 2024-2025.
- Read Guidelines & Webinar: Review the guidelines and watch the informational webinar. The Applicant Resource Tool will be
provided. - Review & Apply: Examine the scoring matrix and complete online application Part 1.
- Templates: Access the school letter of support and additional roadway authority signature templates.
- Finish Application: Agencies that submit Part 1 of the application will receive their scores and be invited to complete Part 2.
